SV 36 Calibrators

The SV 36 is a Class 1 acoustic calibrator designed to verify sound level meters at 94 dB and 114 dB at 1 kHz in accordance with IEC 60942:2017. It features microprocessor-controlled automatic signal correction and an infrared sensor for microphone presence detection, eliminating the need for manual adjustments across varying ambient conditions. Compatible with both ½″ and ¼″ microphones, it supports Class 1 and Class 2 sound level meters. PTB type-approved for legal metrology applications, the SV 36 is widely used in occupational noise assessments, environmental monitoring, and professional noise measurement compliance workflows. Powered by AAA batteries with up to 2-year standby life, it is a compact and dependable field calibration tool.
