SV 103 Human Vibration
The SV 103 is a personal human vibration exposure meter designed for measuring hand-arm vibration (HAV) in occupational settings per ISO 8041-2:2021 and ISO 5349. Worn directly on the hand and small enough to fit under gloves, it uses a triaxial MEMS accelerometer with an integrated contact force sensor that automatically detects when the hand is gripping a vibrating tool or surface. Daily vibration exposure A(8) is calculated in real time and stored in high-resolution time-history logs with optional 1/3 octave frequency analysis. With over 24 hours of battery life and 32 GB of onboard memory, the SV 103 is suited for full-shift monitoring of workers operating power tools, construction equipment, and vibrating vehicles.
