All sales by Absolute Instrument Systems Pte. Ltd. are final. Items are not accepted for return after delivery.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products supplied by Absolute Instrument Systems Pte. Ltd. carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects confirmed by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Accidental damage
- Consumables and accessories
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
